Customer Service Representative

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — both online and offline.

You’ll assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails and messages in a professional, friendly tone
  • Handling order-related inquiries, exchanges, and returns
  • Communicating with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
  • Tracking and managing customer issues through our internal system
  • Providing styling or sizing advice when requested
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confidence using email platforms, Shopify, and CRM tools (training provided)
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is a plus
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
