Customer Service Representative
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — both online and offline.
You’ll assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails and messages in a professional, friendly tone
- Handling order-related inquiries, exchanges, and returns
- Communicating with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
- Tracking and managing customer issues through our internal system
- Providing styling or sizing advice when requested
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- A calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence using email platforms, Shopify, and CRM tools (training provided)
- Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is a plus
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
